NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 24 April 2015 an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(1)(d) of the Act to Bethnal Energy Limited (company number 9253945) whose registered office is situated at 8 Church Meadows, Toddington, Cheltenham, GL54 5DB, Great Britain, authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic and domestic premises in the area specified in Schedule 1 (below).
