NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SUPPLY LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 20 January 2017 a gas supply licence was granted under section 7A(1) of the Act to AvantiGas On Limited (company number 10430843) whose registered office is situated at Avanti House, Unit 53, Markham Lane, M1 Commerce Park, Duckmanton, Derbyshire , S44 5HS, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply gas to any non-domestic and domestic premises situated in Great Britain.
