NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 13 August 2015 an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(1)(d) of the Act to 1st Direct Utilities Limited (company number 09382883) whose registered office is situated at 26 Hatton Drive, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S40 4RZ, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic and domestic premises in the area specified in Schedule 1 (below).
