The CBCRG is a separate working group that has been established to look at the broad range of information and communications that energy customers receive. Engagement from this group has also informed our thinking on key policy areas of the Retail Market Review.
The TPI programme working group provides input into our ongoing work on TPIs, such as brokers, and their position within the energy retail market.
