NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 30 September 2013 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to Stevenson Offshore Windfarm Limited (company number 07386838) whose registered office is situated at 1st Floor, 14-18 City Road, Cardiff, CF24 3DL, Great Britain, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1A (attached) for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises in the area specified in Schedule 1B.
