NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SHIPPER LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 24 February 2014 a gas shipper licence was granted under section 7A(2) of the Act to Flogas Britain Ltd (company number 00993638) whose registered office is situated at Flogas Britain Ltd, 81 Rayns Way, Watermead Business Park, Syston, Leicester, Leicestershire, LE7 1PF, United Kingdom, authorising it to arrange with any gas transporter for gas to be introduced into, conveyed by means of, or taken out of a pipe-line system operated by that transporter.
