NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 21 February 2014 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to Carnedd Wen Wind Farm Limited (company number 05712858) whose registered office is situated at Auckland House, Lydiard Fields, Great Western Way, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN5 8ZT, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1A (attached) for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises in the area specified in Schedule 1B.
