This consultation seeks views on the development of competition in Northern Powergrid’s Distribution Service Areas (DSAs). It follows the submission to us by Northern Powergrid of ‘Competition Notices’ on 20 December 2013 on behalf of Northern Powergrid Ltd (Northeast) and Northern Powergrid (Yorkshire) plc in relation to a number of market segments.
