Recommendations for best practice guidelines for gas and electricity network operator credit cover - Consultation Document

This consultation document sets out the recommendations of the four industry workgroups (the Workgroups) formed to identify best practice in comparable industries and develop best practice guidelines for gas and electricity network operator credit cover arrangements. It also sets out Ofgems views on the mechanism and criteria for the pass through of bad debt for gas and electricity network operators.
