Notice under Section 23(3) of the Gas Act 1986 - Modifications proposed to the two gas transporters licences held by Transco plc

This notice (the Notice) is issued by the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (the Authority) under section 23(3) of the Gas Act 1986 (the Act) in connection with National Grid Transco plcs (NGT) sale of four of Transco plcs (Transco) local gas distribution networks (DNs) (the Transaction).
