We are committed to being an open and transparent organisation. We publish data on our workforce, including on subjects such as the gender pay gap, which you can find in the list below.

We share gender pay data with Cabinet Office, who then publish it as part of a report into gender pay across the Civil Service. You can see Ofgem gender pay data on the GOV.UK website.
