Consumer Vulnerability Strategy 2019-2025

In June 2019, we published our draft Consumer Vulnerability Strategy 2025. After a period of consultation, we have now finalised the strategy and set out our priorities to help protect gas and electricity consumers in vulnerable situations until 2025.  

The strategy will build upon the already extensive work delivered under our 2013 Consumer Vulnerability Strategy. Alongside the updated strategy document, we have published a responses summary document and all non-confidential responses that we received to the draft strategy consultation
