This document is the fourth annual review of Ofgems Environmental Action Plan (EAP). It assesses Ofgems work in the area of the environment in 2004/05 and sets out a work programme for 2005/06 taking into account its statutory duties including new duties given to Ofgem under the Energy Act 2004 in regard to sustainable development and better regulation.
