arrangements for National Grid Gas plc as gas transporter in respect on the NationalTransmission System ("National Grid Gas NTS") in relation to the provision of gastransmission capacity at the new system entry point at Milford Haven. National Grid GasNTS has sold gas transmission capacity at this entry point which may now be deliveredlater than envisaged at the time of the auctions.
