OVERALL DISTRIBUTION STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE - GENERIC VERSION

GEMA, in accordance with the powers contained in section 40A of the Electricity Act 1989, hereby determines the standards of overall performance in connection with the provision of electricity distribution services to be achieved.
