Further Consideration of the Late Payment and Insolvency Timetable

This letter has been issued in response to a number of industry participants who have requested Ofgem expand on its thinking in relation to the pass through criteria for network operator credit cover as set out in chapter four of its Best practice guidelines for gas and electricity network operator credit cover Doc No 58/05.
