Due to concerns from users of the National Transmission System (NTS) over the high and variable levels of commodity charges National Grid Gas (NGG) initiated a review of NTS entry charge arrangements. This review has resulted in a number of charging methodology modification and Uniform Network Code (UNC) modification proposals.
