The forum is a customer group for unmetered connections issues. It has the aim of considering commercial matters associated with the promotion of competition and performance within the connections industry. Representatives of this group sit on the Electricity Connections Steering Group (ECSG) in an effort to feed in customer concerns and raise potential areas of improvement or consideration in furthering the ECSG’s purpose to promote competition for the benefit of customers. This group also reports to the Association of Signals, Lighting and other Highway Electrical Contractors (ASLEC) on its progress on all matters.
