The Electricity Connections Steering Group is a forum where industry groups, including the regulated companies, can meet to discuss issues and identify and formulate solutions. The purpose of the ECSG is to promote competition in the provision of connections to electricity distribution systems for the benefit of customers. Ofgem provides the key functions of Chair and Secretariat to this group.
