Gas Connections 

 

There are over 200,000 new gas connections each year. 

Competition in gas connections has developed steadily since 1998 and presently about half of new connections are carried out by independent connections providers (ICPs) and independent gas transporters (IGTs). The remainder are completed by the eight main gas distribution network operators (GDNs).
