This workgroup was set up by the Supply Licence Review Steering Group.
Its aim was to review those gas and electricity Standard Licence Conditions that related to the obligations on suppliers to implement and comply with codes of practice. These include procedures for debt and disconnection and provision of services for those who are of pensionable age, disabled or chronically sick. This group also looked at the specific domestic customer issues of methods of payment and security deposits.
A final report on the workgroup recommendations was presented to the Steering Group. Minutes and reports from the workgroup are included in this section.
