This workgroup was set up by the Supply Licence Review Steering Group.
Its aim was to review those gas and electricity supply Standard Licence Conditions that are a requirement for the ex-monopoly suppliers only. Such requirements in the electricity market included services to support the operation of prepayment meters, top-up and standby and exempt supply services and a requirement in both markets to provide regulatory accounts.
A final report on the workgroup recommendations was presented to the Steering Group. Minutes and reports from the workgroup are included in this section.
