To assist the Steering Group a number of workgroups were established made up of representatives of customers, industry and Ofgem.
Each of the workgroups focussed on individual work areas. Information on the workgroups is available on the dedicated page of this site which can be assessed using the menu on the left hand side of this page.
Each workgroup provided a final report to the Steering Group which was approved and sent to Ofgem in May 2006 for consideration.
