This workgroup was set up by the Supply Licence Review Steering Group. Its aim was to review those metering gas and electricity Standard Licence Conditions (SLCs).
These include the obligations on suppliers to provide meters, reading and inspection of meters and rules for entry into customer premises.
A final report on the workgroup recommendations was presented to the Steering Group.
