This workgroup was set up by the Supply Licence Review Steering Group.
Its aim was to review the requirements for gas and electricity supplier to sign, operate and comply with the various industry codes that are in place to facilitate the operation of the market. Such codes include the Connection and Use of System Code (CUSC), Distribution Connection Use of System Agreement (DCUSA), Meter Registration Agreement (MRA), Balancing and Settlement Code (BSC) and Supply Point Administration Agreement (SPAA).
A final report on the workgroup recommendations was presented to the Steering Group. Minutes and reports from the workgroup are included in this section.
