This workgroup was set up by the Supply Licence Review Steering Group.
Its aim was to review those gas and electricity Standard Licence Conditions (SLCs) that related to the obligations on suppliers to supply domestic customers, rules about the content and operation of contracts and deemed contracts and the provision of information to all customers.
Final reports on workgroup recommendations were presented to the Steering Group. Minutes and reports from the workgroup are included in this section.
