Customer transfers

Customers in Great Britain have a wide choice of who should supply them with their mains gas and electricity. The industry has in place rules to allow customers to change supplier. On average, around 300,000 gas customers and 400,000 electricity customers switch supplier every month.

This section contains documents that review aspects of the change of supplier process.
