The wide ranging nature of the work carried out by Ofgem means that it has a broad spectrum of stakeholders with whom we need to effectively communicate our work, ideas and proposals. Ofgem’s stakeholders include domestic, commercial and industrial consumers, gas and electricity producers, transporters and distributors, as well as any other interested parties.
To widen the stakeholder group that Ofgem liaises with, the GB Markets team developed a series of seminars aimed at providing greater information to customers and bringing different stakeholders together.
