Ofgem has given notice under Section 23(3) of the Gas Act 1986 of our proposal to modify Standard Condition 9 of the Gas Transporter (GT) licence in order to facilitate the effective introduction of a Uniform Network Code (UNC) for Independent Gas Transporters (IGTs).
