Pamela is the Associate Partner of the European Strategy team. The team provides Ofgem’s input into developing genuinely competitive and sustainable European gas and electricity markets. She joined Ofgem in 2004 and worked on anti-trust and compliance cases, including Ofgem’s first major Article 82 investigation into National Grid. She began her career at the CBI, the organisation British business, where she worked in London and Brussels on various policy areas including e-business and environment. She studied international relations at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris and has a Masters in European policy from the College of Europe.
