Kersti Berge joined Ofgem in January 2008. She heads the Energy Market Research and Economics team whose role is to analyse developments across energy markets.
Prior to joining Ofgem Kersti worked at the Treasury where she was responsible for the medium term growth forecast and for analysing European economic developments. Before that she worked as a college lecturer and academic researcher at Oxford University.
