David Pimm joined Ofgem as Group Finance Director in January 2010. He is responsible for operations and planning across both Ofgem and E-serve including Finance, Information Management and Technology, Human Resources, Procurement, Programme Management and Facilities.
David was previously Divisional Finance Director for Diageo plc’s Supply division responsible for production of Guinness, Baileys, Blossom Hill, Smirnoff Ice and numerous other beers, wines and spirits, and for the physical distribution of all Diageo products within GB and Ireland. Prior to that he spent 5 years as Head of Global Business Risk at Diageo, leading on risk assessment, risk management and control, and internal audit and assurance. He also spent 12 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers advising major public and private sector organisations, including energy companies, on their strategic risk management practices.
