Andrew was appointed as Associate Director, Projects in June 2009.
He is responsible for all aspects of project planning, management and delivery across Ofgem. Additionally, Andrew is a member of the Post Event Review Committee and the Information Systems Strategy Group.
Andrew joined Ofgem in May 2006 and has been Head of Projects since 2008. Prior to that Andrew worked at NEMMCO (National Electricity Market Management Company) facilitating the state of Tasmania’s entry into the National Electricity Market and establishing the Basslink interconnector between the island state and the Australian mainland.
Andrew holds a BEng (Mining) from the University of Ballarat and an MBA from RMIT University.
