Paul Heseltine was appointed Associate Director, Finance and Risk Management in July 2008. He was previously Head of Finance, and before that Ofgem's Chief Accountant.
Paul is responsible for finance and risk related services including Management Information, Accounting Operations, Risk Strategy, Fossil Fuel Levy, Financial Reporting and Payroll. He also carries the title Head of Finance Professionalism for government purposes.
Paul joined Ofgem in 2003 from the Office of Telecommunications where he was Head of Finance and responsible for finance policy including the implementation of Resource Accounting and Budgeting.
