Declan Tomany is Associate Partner of Legal, Smarter Grids and Governance.
He joined Ofgem’s Network’s Division in 2007 as a senior lawyer and has been involved in the delivery of key regulatory projects for Ofgem, including Project Mercury and RPI-X@20.
Declan has extensive litigation experience. He joined the Government Legal Service in 2001 and worked for Defra in a litigation role until 2007. Declan began his career at the Criminal Bar.
