This page gives links to information that Ofgem provides in order to meet its commitments under the Information Commissioner’s model publication scheme. We provide as much information as possible on a routine basis, and make information available unless it is;
- not held
- exempt under one of the FOI exemptions or Environmental
- Information Regulations (EIRs) exceptions
- its release is prohibited under statute
- the information is archived, out of date or otherwise inaccessible; or,
- it would be impractical or resource-intensive to prepare the material for routine release.
