Corporate strategy and planning

Each year, Ofgem produces a Corporate Strategy and Plan.

The Strategy details Ofgem’s main themes and priorities for the coming five years. The Plan provides information on the work to be undertaken to support the main themes and priorities. It also provides financial data and information on Ofgem’s planned deliverables and performance indicators for the year ahead.

The Corporate Strategy and Plan are produced following consultation with stakeholders.
