David Harker CBE is a non executive Member of the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority.
David is a non-executive director of the Advertising Standards Authority and is the former Chief Executive of Citizens Advice, stepping down in May 2010 after holding the position since 1997.
Prior to joining CA, David was managing director of Sense, the national disability charity.
